Questions
Will cleaning a site sign me out?
Only if you include cookies, because that's where sites keep your sign-in. Turn cookies off in the options to keep your session, or add the site to Protected sites with Pro.
Does it touch other sites?
“Clean this site” only removes data for the site in the current tab. “Clean browser data” works across sites, and Pro lets you protect the ones you want to keep.
Why does it need these permissions?
It needs permission to clear browsing data, and to measure storage on the page you're viewing when you click its icon. The cookie manager and clean-on-close ask for extra permission only when you turn them on.
Do you collect any data?
The extension does not send browsing data to the developer. Settings and licenses stay in your browser unless you enable Chrome Sync, which stores settings, chosen site lists and license data, including your purchase email, in your Google account. License checks are offline. If you buy Pro, we use your email to deliver and recover the license. See the privacy policy for details.
How do I activate Pro?
After paying, the confirmation page activates Pro in your browser automatically and shows your key, so you can paste it into the extension's settings on your other browsers too.
What does lifetime mean?
You pay once and Pro stays unlocked for as long as the extension exists, including future updates. There's nothing to renew.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. Write to us within 14 days of your purchase and we'll refund you in full.
